breakfast: smoked salmon and cream cheese on a bagel thin
am snack: veggie patty
am snack: bean salad
lunch: curry chicken and lentils
pm snack: haagen dazs coffee ice cream
pm snack: edamame
pm snack: cranberry and nut luna bar
dinner: baked southern greens and hot chocolate
all within my calorie allotment! :)
i also got in another 3 miles at lunch.
and the scale rewarded me when i got home. yippee!
