6 miles o' fun

redwood regional park

the most fun i've had on a run in a loooong time!
click on the image to see all the pics!

it was later (11 am) and warmer (high 70s maybe) than i'm used to, but the 40 minute drive to oakland's redwood regional park was totally worth it! bounding uphill and down, stopping dead in my tracks to admire the views, feeling so humbled and small beneath the redwood canopy, the smell of eucalyptus in the air...this is the stuff that running is made of!

great post - short and simple and to the point, yet so powerful. Your pictures are amazing and I'm totally jealous!

So I click the link and what is the first thing I zoom in on? The poop LMAO! How lucky are you? I'd kill for some of that scenery.

Okay - now I know how you do like 3 workouts a day. If I had this to run amongst, I'd be out there all the time, too!

Where do you stash your camera when you run? I've debated taking mine along, but I have horrible visions of falling down and smashing it, or having it get all nasty from sweat.
