i hit snooze only once this morning. and i managed to still squeeze in 2.25 miles. i probably spent as much time on the treadmill as i spent driving to and from the gym, warming up, cooling down, stretching and icing. but still it felt good to be running again. even if it was the slowest, shortest run ever.

Way to get back in the game! Wish it was me. :)
You ran more than I did today. Somedays are just like that though... barely having time to eat let alone get any exercise. Kudos to you!
Good on you for getting back on the treadmill and for not sleeping in!
screw the snooze button, when I want to go to sleep I just try to sleep through the blaring music. happy to see you are back in the game...
A run is better than NO run. NIce job. But, I do hear you on the frustration of spending more time getting to and from the gym than actually being productive there!
I know what you mean. It feels like it takes me 30 minutes just to get on my bike sometimes.
At least you did it. That counts for something in my book.
Short runs are my lifeblood! Sometimes I actually think that I would marry a short run if I weren't already married.
That's why the gym sucks: It takes up so much time getting there and getting ready, then getting home, etc. So much easier to step out my front door and go.
Everyone starts somewhere. Glad to see you were able to peel yourself from bed! You're back, baby!!
