small miracle

i have survived 2 days with no snacking and no eating past 6:30. we even went on a walk each day.

i <3 spring.

maybe too late to slim down and tone up for bikini season, but i'll take any steps toward good health any day.

What time do you go to bed?

I think a snack after dinner (depending on when you eat dinner) is crucial. But it should be something healthy. Try a bit of deli meat and some grapes for example, maybe 3 almonds. Something small but if you eat at 6 or 6:30 and don't go to bed until 10-11, that's a long time to go without eating!

I try not to eat 2 hours before going to bed, usually not after 7pm since I am almost always in bed by 9 or 930. It has really helped me.
