DOMS is a booger. If today is sore, tomorrow will be sore, flat, and sluggish. Mortin, stretching, and starting off easy on a DOMS day are my cure.
Funny about waiting on Sinbad. I once waited on Fabio. The dude couldn't stop referring to himself in the third person... "Fabio would like his steak medium... Fabio would like another glass of wine... etc." At least he didn't hit on me. The only person he hit on was FABIO!

My vote is for the yoga causing the soreness, but I guess it depends on how hard the swimming was...
Damn those muscles!
But doesn't it feel kind of good to wake up and know that you worked hard the night before?
