wii fit told me i lost .4 pounds this morning. and when i weighed myself tonight, i had lost .4 more pounds!
i know. i know.
don't weigh yourself so much.
the loss is nothing more than normal weight fluctuation throughout the day.
but at least i didn't fluctuate UP!
small victories people. small victories. with the scale going up as much as it has in the past year, i'll take ANY small victories.

touche!! as long as you don't get too down on yourself on those days where you go UP .4!!!
I sometimes think weighing myself several times a day keeps me more motivated. I know that goes contrary to everything the experts say, but it works for me. Good job!
