about a week after i dropped the ice block on my toe, i got a pedicure. but after 2 months, it was time to remove the polish. i have to say i'm totally fascinated by how ugly my first toes are. i think i want to show them off.i promise i'll have real pretty pictures to post soon. i'm off to carmel for a mother/daughter getaway!

Wow, that is kind of cool looking. :D Only a runner would appriciate the beauty of a black toenail!
I accidently dropped a weight on my toe a few months ago (obviously, as I haven't touched a weight since spring!) and it left a little black line. It's been fun watching it grow out. It's almost time to say goodbye though :( Looks like your toe art will be around for many generations. :)
have a super fun mother/daughter getaway! How nice!! :)
OMG ouch ouch ouch!!!
Wow, that's amazing! You should just hide it with some more polish...speaking of your post, I'm in need of a pedicure myself!
Thanks for the reminder.

Funny - I was just talking with a running friend about how we were secretly proud of our running-mangled feet. And yours? Beautiful. You don't need to tell anyone it was an iceblock injury. :)
You have to proudly display those toes! Just say it comes from the training! That's where my blackened toenails come from.
i love it...although i did think it was from RUNNING??
Nevertheless....still cool
nice!! i may i've got great ugly toe as well, black as knight, she's a beaut! maybe i'll post it later! lol
Ouchies!!!!
Wowee: 24 days to go? I can't believe how quickly the months have passed. And, like you said in an earlier post, I just got used to writing 2007. Now I have to change again?
So, do your painful-looking toes actually hurt? Perhaps it's a dumb question, but I've a lucky toe person. I just don't want you to have to run with ouched toes!
Also: have you found your Nike+ gear yet?
Ouch!
Carmel?! Oh, take me with you -- pretty please!!! That big toe may have company after your Nike run, so be careful what you say (and what color polish you decide on next...black may be a very good option).
